leThe UI Designer at Holafly is a deep specialist and the primary owner of our Design System. This role exists to ensure that Product Designers and Developers always have the precise, consistent, and high-quality UI components and specifications they need to move fast and build great product

Key Responsibilit

• iesOwn and govern the Design System: define processes, document components, and ensure consistency across all digital produc
• ts.Serve as the primary UI provider for Product Designers, delivering assets and specifications that meet their needs with speed and quali
• ty.Design high-fidelity interactions, animations, and transitions that align with product goals and industry best practic
• es.Leverage AI tools to optimize Design System documentation and operational workflo
• ws.Conduct visual QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across all product surfac
• es.Mentor junior designers and drive initiatives that improve UI workflows and team collaborati

on.Qualificati

• ons4+ years in UI Design, Visual Design, or UX/UI rol
• es.Expert-level Figma skills: variables, components, design tokens, auto-layout, and prototypi
• ng.Proven experience owning or deeply managing a Design Syst
• em.Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive desi
• gn.Ability to present and defend design decisions in English and Spani
