We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Develop and implement scalable software solutions using C#, .NET Framework/Core, focusing on telephony and contact centers.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Provide technical coordination within the development team, mentoring less experienced software developers.
  • Contribute to the development of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions and their integration layers (APIs, data pipelines), ensuring software quality.
  • Develop interactive workflows in contact center solutions, such as call flows, and services between ERGO systems and cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Requirements Engineers, Test Engineers, and Solution Architects in an agile product team, taking technical leadership for complex tasks.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a comparable field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and design in complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of C# or Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL/TSQL (Microsoft SQL Server), and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud API, AWS-Lambda, Active Directory, and Azure DevOps is ideal.
  • Good understanding of SIP protocol and Contact Center solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud/Engage and AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in agile product teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on high-quality, secure, and efficient software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English (Level B2).
