nWithin the Services department, you are responsible for the management (remote) of various mission critical systems installed at the customers. If a problem arises, you analyse the problem and, together with the team, find the best solution. You do not only perform classic maintenance tasks, but you are also responsible for proactively monitoring the systems, rolling out upgrades and lifecycle management. You will be trained in various new technologies. And you participate in the implementation of new installations at customers in close cooperation with the Project Engineers and Project Managers
