Data Analyst - Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data-driven solutions, business applications, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and implement Python-based tools, scripts, and reporting solutions for data processing and process automation.
• Analyze business needs and manual processes, translating them into sustainable digital workflows and innovative solutions.
• Integrate applications and data sources within the Microsoft ecosystem through APIs and automation platforms.
• Lead and support automation projects, ensuring proper documentation, testing, governance, security, and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Data Analyst - Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, automation, or business application development (motivated junior candidates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Linux, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into practical business solutions.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and fluency in English and Dutch;
