Middle DevOps Engineer

About The Position

We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to support and improve our SaaS infrastructure. This role is focused on maintaining and optimizing deployment processes, infrastructure operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall platform reliability.

You will work closely with development, QA, and support teams in an environment that includes both Windows and Linux workloads, Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments, and cloud infrastructure primarily hosted on Azure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on DevOps professional who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, improving operational processes, and contributing to the stability and scalability of production systems.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and assist with application deployments across production and non-production environments.
Monitor infrastructure, services, and application performance.
Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, access, and production-related issues.
Analyze logs, alerts, and system metrics to identify and resolve operational problems.
Manage configurations, certificates, DNS records, and basic firewall rules.
Support Docker and Kubernetes-based application deployments.
Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to resolve infrastructure and application issues.
Document infrastructure changes, operational procedures, and technical solutions.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Application Support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience building, maintaining, or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git-based workflows and version control practices.
Experience working with Docker.
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
Basic administration skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including:

DNS
HTTP/HTTPS
SSL/TLS
Firewalls
Load Balancers

Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues using logs and monitoring tools.
Basic scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
Experience with Helm and Argo CD.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with identity and access management technologies such as:

SSO
OAuth
SAML
Entra ID
Okta

Ideal Profile

Mid-level DevOps Engineer with strong operational and infrastructure support experience.
Experience working in SaaS environments.
Comfortable supporting both cloud infrastructure and application deployments.
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
