Junior Network Engineer/Senior Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer or experienced Level 2/3 Support Engineer with around 3–5 years experience. This is a broad infrastructure role offering a mix of approximately 50% project work and 50% BAU support, making it ideal for someone looking to build their networking experience while maintaining exposure to systems and end-user technologies.

Key Skills Required:

• CCNA (or equivalent networking experience)
• Cisco routers and switches
• Microsoft technologies and general infrastructure support
• Azure, including Azure Firewall
• Strong troubleshooting and support capability

Role Details:

• 3–5 years experience
• Full-time onsite, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Minimal travel, occasional site visits only
• Open to either permanent or contract engagement
• Korean speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
