• Workload: 80% - 100%
• Location: Zurich
• Remote share: :60% (hybrid, min. 2 days onsite → approx. 40% onsite / 60% remote)
• Contract type: Personalverleih only (no subcontracting possible)
• Languages: German & English

Context & Objective (Business Background)

• Assignment within Input-Output Management with a strong focus on automation
• Building a central Document Type Catalogue (DokArtenKatalog) as a cross-system service
• Standardisation and versioning of document types across multiple systems (DMS, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Improve compliance, automation, analytics, and reporting through a consistent data foundation
• Replacement of inconsistent classifications and incomplete metadata

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a central CRUD service based on .NET
• Design and implementation of a data model including versioning of document types and metadata
• Development of APIs for integration with DMS, ERP, CRM and other systems
• Ensuring data quality and consistency through validation mechanisms
• Support in migration of existing document types and metadata
• Creation of technical documentation and architecture descriptions
• Close collaboration with business units and IT teams
• Contribution to standardisation across banking systems

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in .NET-based development (C# / backend services)
• Strong data modelling experience (incl. versioning concepts)
• Experience in API / interface development
• Experience with MSSQL databases
• Experience with automated deployment / CI-CD
• Experience with container platforms (especially OpenShift)
• Senior-level experience
• German language skills (mandatory)
• Ideally experience in banking / financial services environment

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with BPMN / Flowable
• Experience with document management or metadata-driven systems

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (business & IT interface)
• Structured and analytical thinking
• Strong documentation capability
• Ability to work in complex, regulated environments (banking)
