We’re looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join an international engineering team delivering complex network security projects for enterprise clients.

This role sits at the intersection of network security, firewall migration and automation, supporting customers through the full lifecycle of implementation - from environment analysis through to deployment in production.

You’ll work closely with both internal engineering teams and client-side stakeholders on large-scale, multi-vendor network environments, helping deliver secure and scalable solutions across a range of customer projects.

Senior Network Engineer - Responsibilities

• Leading firewall migration and configuration conversion into customer security platforms
• Analysing client network environments and designing migration workflows
• Supporting deployments and ensuring successful implementation in production
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve internal automation frameworks
• Working directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver tailored security solutions

Senior Network Engineer - Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering or network security
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls across at least two of the following:

Cisco ASA / Firepower, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Hands-on scripting experience with Python - must have, non negotiable
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Experience supporting production-grade deployments
• Strong English communication skills (B2+)

Senior Network Engineer - Nice to have

• Experience with firewall migration projects in multi-vendor environments
• Firewall certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet or Checkpoint
• Experience with SASE/SSE technologies (e.g. Zscaler, Palo Alto)
• Familiarity with Ansible, Docker, VMware or CI/CD environments
• Understanding of enterprise network security best practices
