Título: Technical Product Manager - Indaiatuba/SP - 121356
As a Technical Product Manager for John Deere Brasil in Indaiatuba/SP, you will represents the voice of the customer to the product team with a deep understanding of customer's product needs and what technology-based capabilities are required to meet those needs.
Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value and deliver necessary functionality to their customers. Collaborates with the business, Engineering Managers and product teams, to define product functionality and priorities. Uses global processes to thoroughly understand the scope, complexity and dependencies of the business and what product functionality is needed. Communicates with the Product Manager to ensure alignment across products within a product family. Is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to decommission.
This level typically has responsibility for up to 2 scrum teams; Product complexity and impact (Measured Business Value) are medium; Understands technical topics at a conceptual level as well as the systems and data that enable major capabilities and drives innovation; Requires deep understanding of the inner-workings of the technology products and an underlying understanding of the technologies leveraged to deliver those products.

Main Responsibilities
- Identifies key customer problems and key business objectives and strategy of the product (s). Works with business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of direction;
- Makes final decisions on product functionality and ensure that functionality is aligned with Digital Product Manager's strategic vision for the products within product family scope;
- Maintains and refines product backlog;
- Ensures features definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team; works with team to clarify as necessary;
- Understands and supports inter-team dependencies and impediments and escalate issues when necessary;
- Accountable for determining release date, scope of release and communication strategy. Monitors and communicates the key success metrics of the product;
- Understands Data Products and has good working knowledge of various tools to migrate data from one system to another;
- Ensures an exceptional product experience collecting inputs from customers, market research while collaborating with UX, architecture and engineering resources;
- Participates in team events (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demos).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Products, Production Engineering and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems or a related quantitative field;
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate and conduct training sessions);
- Proven proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Deep expertise in maintaining and refining product backlogs, writing clear User Stories, and defining precise Acceptance Criteria;
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into scalable, robust technical solutions and product capabilities;
- Experience with Palantir and other Data tools Knowledge of products, customers, markets and competitors;
- Experience of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on persuasion, tact, and negotiation to align diverse business owners and engineering teams.
- Previous experience managing digital or data products within the AgTech, automotive, heavy machinery, or global manufacturing sectors;
- xperience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products with a global footprint, successfully navigating dependencies across international teams and time zones;
- Active certifications in Product Management or Agile frameworks (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PM/PO, PMBOK, or Pragmatic Institute);
- Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with UX/UI architecture teams to drive customer-centric discovery processes, market research, and exceptional user experiences.
