Join a fast-moving engineering team of ten at Shareback.com, building scalable backend services for an enterprise feedback platform. You will take end-to-end ownership of architecture, delivery, and monitoring, working with a Node.js and TypeScript stack on AWS. Help us build high-performance systems that turn customer feedback into actionable insights for global brands.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement robust APIs and backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL to handle large-scale customer feedback data.
• Architect and maintain event-driven systems and containerized services on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance across the platform.
• Take full responsibility for the production lifecycle, including code reviews, monitoring, and proactive database optimization to ensure long-term system reliability.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services with a strong command of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization for high-traffic applications, along with experience using Redis.
• Has a proven track record of owning scaling or reliability projects, thriving in early-stage environments where they can tackle messy problems with minimal oversight.
