HR Executive (HR Recruitment)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, eg. advertise, conduct in-take meeting, screen applications, arrange interviews, etc.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs, etc) and explore new sourcing channels to build pipeline of talent
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity & proper documentation of employee records
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including general office admin
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Possess good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Detail-orientated, meticulous, and conscientious
  • Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc
