HR Specialist (Qatari National)

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The role ensures that HR practices are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational objectives while enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• :Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, supporting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
• .Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
• .Coordinate and support the performance management cycle, including appraisals, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans
• .Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
• .Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards across the business
• .Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall HR service delivery
• .Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient execution of HR operations and initiatives

.Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• .3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, covering key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• .Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• .Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• .Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• .Familiarity with HR systems
