Blockchain Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person from the software or education industry to be a part of our Team who can lead the team of students towards a bright future, will educate students in a technological field.

You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.

Training Expert must be extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

The goal is to contribute to the development of people's technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality blockchain training courses, webinars, workshops, and boot camps to learners of varying expertise levels. Topics should cover a broad range of blockchain concepts, including but not limited to blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, Ethereum, Polkadot, Solidity, Web3 technologies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the ASB Academy team to develop and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, quizzes, and projects, ensuring content is both relevant and up to date with the latest trends in the blockchain space.
• Training Management: Organize and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics, content delivery, and learner engagement. Monitor learner progress and provide guidance, feedback, and additional resources as needed.
• Technical Support: Provide post-training support to students, answer technical queries, and help troubleshoot problems related to blockchain and smart contract development.
• Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, Web3, and cryptocurrency to continually refresh and improve training content. Attend and represent Antier Solutions at blockchain conferences, webinars, and events.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate learner understanding and performance. Provide constructive feedback to help learners progress in their blockchain education journey.
• Mentorship: Offer mentorship and career guidance to learners, helping them understand how to apply blockchain concepts in real-world scenarios and guiding them in their professional development.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on Blockchain Experience: 3+ years of experience working with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Hyperledger, and/or other decentralized platforms. Proficiency in Solidity, smart contract development, dApp development, and Web3 development.
• Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring individuals or groups, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in Blockchain Ecosystem: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contract development.
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with blockchain-related tools and platforms like Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, MetaMask, Infura, IPFS, and others.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand modules. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging diverse audiences.
• Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed in the blockchain space, with an ability to motivate and inspire learners.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Blockchain Technology (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer, Ethereum Developer, etc.) is add on
• Prior experience in online teaching or course delivery via platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or other learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
• Experience in building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and working with Web3 libraries like Web3.js, ethers.js, etc.
• Familiarity with tokenomics, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and other emerging blockchain use cases.
