What You’ll Do

• Manage and control projects to meet clients’ requirements and ensure cost control within the approved project budget
• Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors during project implementation according to clients’ requirements
• Manage UPS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with customers
• Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients’ requirements
• Schedule and attend project discussions with clients
• Monitor and control project costs to meet the approved budget
• Attend project site meetings
• Support contract administration activities (ordering, billing milestones, O&M submission)
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
• Manage sub‑contractor work schedules and ensure quality of work
• Support the Service team during FAT and SAT
• Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS), including:
• Implementing a process-based approach and risk‑based thinking
• Providing necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
• Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
• Ensuring the QMS achieves its intended objectives
• Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  
  
  

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline

At least 8 years of project management experience

Auto-CAD skill

Good communication skill
