Strong hands-on experience in backend development (Java) and frontend development using React, with the ability to design and build end-to-end application features.
Proven ability to lead development teams, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
Experience managing development build cycles, coordinating releases, and ensuring timely delivery of features aligned with project plans.

Experience in performance tuning and optimisation for backend and frontend components
Exposure to DevOps collaboration, including environment readiness and deployment support
Knowledge of database design, SQL/NoSQL, and data access optimisation
Experience handling legacy code refactoring or technical debt remediation
Familiarity with code quality tools (e.g. static analysis, linting, vulnerability scanning)
Detailed Job Description
Lead and oversee full-stack development activities across backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React) components
Design, develop, and review application code to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
Break down application designs and requirements into development tasks and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers within the build team
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security requirements are met
Coordinate build planning, sprint execution, and integration activities with other teams
Work closely with the Application Lead and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and solution design
Support integration with external systems, APIs, and databases
Oversee unit testing and support SIT activities, including defect analysis and resolution
Manage build packaging, versioning, and release readiness for deployment
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and build issues, and drive timely resolution
Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation activities
