Product Manager, Infrastructure

About the Team:

Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the Group's entire Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions and operations of data centers, connectivity, cloud, networking, system, storage and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services to our internal business units.

The Platform Team builds internal systems and automation tools that improve the daily efficiency of infrastructure and engineering teams. Our mission is to transform manual workflows into scalable, user-friendly digital platforms that enhance productivity and operational visibility across the department.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead the product lifecycle for internal systems that streamline the daily work of infrastructure and network teams. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers — translating operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and intuitive system designs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements, especially from non-technical users.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Design product flows, system architecture, and user experience for internal tools and dashboards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of product features.
• Manage product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve system usability and efficiency.
• Document product requirements, workflows, and release notes for internal communication and alignment.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical or infrastructure-related environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in translating non-technical requirements into actionable system specifications.
• Experience working closely with software developers or technical teams.
• Familiarity with system design, API-based workflows, or automation tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in building internal tools or enterprise systems is highly preferred.
