Project Manager, Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. Role And Responsibilities

• Lead significant customer projects and ensure results according to the contracts, agreed scope, plans and financial targets.
• Day-to-day management of project deliveries including contract fulfilment, profitability, invoicing, quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate the project objective and setting the expectations for the team members. Responsible for setting the direction for the team during project work
• Establish good project culture, motivate the project team and promote a good working environment and morale
• Report project status, progress and estimates with agreed frequency to the steering group
• Prepare basis for decisions including proposing project changes
• Ensure the project organization and working method are suitable, documented and clear. Identify and introduce improvements.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• University degree MSc, BSc or equivalent competence, preferably within technology or economy
• Project management skills, demonstrated through experience working on cross-functional projects
• Communication skills and ability to inspire, and collaborate efficiently with key stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
• Fluent in Norwegian, -oral and written is a prerequisite
