Role Description As a Character Artist at Antigen Music, you will develop and refine stylized and realistic character artworks that support music videos, visualizers, promotional campaigns, and potential interactive or game-related experiences. On a day-to-day basis, you will create concept sketches, refine character designs, build 3D models, apply textures, and collaborate with directors, animators, and designers to ensure characters align with the artistic vision and brand identity. You will participate in feedback sessions, iterate on designs based on creative direction, and prepare production-ready assets for use in digital media and game engines when needed. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong character creation abilities, including Character Designs and Character Art, with a portfolio demonstrating range in style and personality.
• Solid 3D skills, including 3D Modeling and Texturing, with experience preparing assets for animation or real-time rendering.
• Familiarity with Game Development workflows and pipelines, especially for character implementation in engines such as Unity or Unreal.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly under production timelines.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, an eye for proportion, anatomy, appeal, and style consistency.
• Experience working in entertainment, music, gaming, or animation environments is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid setup in Dubai.
