Human Resources Officer

Coffee runs on people, and so do we. As Beanz scales across the GCC, we're looking for an HR Officer to be the human heart of a fast-growing tech company — the person our team trusts and the engine that keeps our people operations running smoothly.

The Role

This is a hands-on, people-first role at the heart of our HR operations. You'll own everything from recruitment and employee relations to contracts, onboarding, and HR systems, acting as the trusted point of contact for a diverse, multi-national team. It's a role with real ownership — ideal for someone who wants to shape how HR works, not just maintain it.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: scheduling, screening, and a great candidate experience
• Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters
• Handle hiring discussions, contracts, and HR documentation
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates
• Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Partner with management on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar, generalist role
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage given our regional team
• Experience within a tech company, startup, or the wider startup ecosystem — or a background in tech and startup hiring
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong ethical judgment
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
• Diplomatic, proactive, and genuinely invested in people
