Human Resources Executive- Construction Industry
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment across all levels, from senior technical staff and engineers to blue-collar workforce, along with strong knowledge of HR operations and manpower planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle for all company hiring needs, including:
- Engineers, technical staff, project management team, administrative staff, and support roles
- Blue-collar workforce such as laborers, technicians, drivers, operators, and site workers
- Source candidates through multiple channels including:
- Recruitment agencies
- Job portals and LinkedIn
- Overseas manpower suppliers and labor agencies
- Coordinate and manage relationships with local and international recruitment agencies for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle workforce planning and support departments with manpower forecasting based on project and operational requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding process for new employees including documentation, orientation, and employee records management.
- Support visa processing, labor documentation, and employee mobilization in coordination with PRO and government relations teams.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR database, and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Support employee relations matters including attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance evaluations, and employee confirmations.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment status, manpower allocation, employee turnover, and workforce planning.
- Work closely with management to support organizational growth and ongoing operational requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, within the construction, contracting, or engineering industry.
- Proven experience hiring across all levels, from white-collar professionals to large-scale blue-collar workforce recruitment.
- Strong experience working with recruitment agencies for local and overseas manpower hiring.
- Good understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa process, and employee documentation requirements.
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
