Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the data centre project from construction through to commissioning and handover.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with the project programme, budget, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, commercial, planning, HSE and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management and the client.
• Identify project risks, delays or resource issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Support procurement, materials coordination and subcontractor management.
• Manage change control, variations, technical queries and project documentation.
• Ensure quality inspections, testing and handover documentation are completed correctly.
• Drive project close-out, commissioning support and final client handover.

Requirement

• sProven experience as a Project Manager on data centre, mission-critical, M&E, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects
• .Strong understanding of construction delivery, programme management and site coordination
• .Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams
• .Good knowledge of M&E systems, CSA works, commissioning processes or data centre construction is highly desirable
• .Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• .Ability to manage pressure, deadlines and multiple stakeholders
• .Experience with project reporting, planning, risk management and commercial control
• .Strong awareness of HSE standards and site compliance
• .Proficient in project management tools, reporting systems and Microsoft Office
• .Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification preferred
