Your team

Digital Assets Crew is primarily based in Switzerland and Poland, comprising two Scrum teams with diverse skill sets. We are dedicated to building pioneering projects based on blockchain technologies, including tokenization of financial assets. Hosted in the Cloud, these projects leverage the latest and most cutting-edge technologies in the market. Our Team is committed to delivering applications that bring significant value and innovation to the finance industry.

Your expertise

Our basic requirements:

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in August 2026.

For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your experience and skills:

• Experience in software development (for instance with: Java / TypeScript / Solidity)
• Basic understanding of how Blockchain works, preferably EVM-based and some knowledge of Smart Contract development
• Interest in newest technology trends
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues in English
• Comfortable with using AI in software development
• Basic grasp of ERC20 and ERC721 token standards
