About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects across global and multi-entity environments. This is a contract role suited to a professional who can operate across both technical and governance domains while engaging senior stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with clients to plan, execute, and operationalise cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with international security standards and successful delivery against agreed milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Define project scope, plans, budgets, KPIs, and delivery milestones
- Establish project governance, steering forums, and reporting structures
- Oversee implementation of cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, SOC, IAM, DLP, and cloud security
- Manage vendors, third-party providers, and security tool deployments
- Drive risk remediation, threat modelling, and incident readiness activities
- Maintain risk registers, audit documentation, and compliance tracking
- Ensure alignment with frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Provide advisory input on cybersecurity, governance, and data protection within project scope
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, project management, or risk and compliance roles
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity project delivery in consulting or client-facing environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise security domains including network, cloud, IAM, data, and endpoint security
- Solid knowledge of frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies, security governance, and third-party risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate technical risks into business language

Location & Working Arrangement
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Poland. Occasional travel to client sites may be required depending on project needs.
