About Us

Monitize deploys robots into hazardous industrial environments and operates them remotely so workers never have to enter the danger zone.

We are building the Robot-as-a-Service model for heavy industry, with a teleoperation-to-autonomy roadmap powered by real deployment data. Additionally, we have a robotics media brand covering the frontier of physical AI; humanoids, manipulation, locomotion, and industrial deployment.

The Role

We’re hiring a Robotics Engineer who can work across the entire physical-AI stack. You will work directly on our teleoperation stack, robot control systems, and the data pipelines. You will research and analyze robotics news, papers, products and turn them into content.

Requirements

• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Fluent in AI tools; you use them daily to move faster and produce better output, not as a crutch.
• We care about what you've built, not how long you've been building.
• Strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: robotics, computer vision, simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo), robot control, reinforcement learning, VLAs, ROS, embedded hardware, teleoperation.
