Role Overview:

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for Carla Car Rental. You’ll ensure our product roadmap aligns with our business objectives and vision while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the product team, drive product innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize every aspect of our car rental platform. Your focus will be on creating scalable, user-centric solutions and shaping the future of travel and mobility in an ever-evolving digital world. • Develop and Communicate Product Vision: Define a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Carla’s mission and market opportunities.
• Lead Product Strategy: Drive the roadmap for new features, enhancements, and ancillary products that improve user experience and maximize business outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs through research and data analysis, translating insights into impactful product features.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, especially within the travel and car rental sectors.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, analyze product performance, and iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights.

What We Seek in You:

• Proven track record (5+ years) in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in defining and executing product strategies in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
• Experience in the travel, car rental, or mobility industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and solving real-world problems.
