Mobile Application Developer

At Fonify, we are redefining the global workforce by enabling companies to onboard their first AI employees.

We are looking for a Mobile Developer who can build and scale high-traffic mobile applications while integrating AI-powered experiences without compromising performance, stability or user experience.

This role goes beyond building screens. You will work on products used by thousands of users, analyze real-world behavior and help bring AI capabilities into production-ready mobile applications.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship production-ready mobile features across our applications

• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into consumer-facing products

• Ensure performance, stability and responsiveness in high-traffic environments

• Launch new features without disrupting existing user journeys

• Analyze crashes, funnels, retention metrics and user behavior to continuously improve product quality

• Support App Store and Google Play release processes

• Investigate complex production issues and identify root causes rather than surface-level fixes

Who are we looking for?

• Strong experience with Swift, Kotlin or Flutter

• Experience with Firebase and Supabase in production environments

• RevenueCat, Adapty, Firebase Analytics, Remote Config or A/B testing experience

• Experience integrating REST APIs, realtime services, analytics and push notifications

• Experience building or maintaining applications serving large user bases

• Ability to introduce new functionality without negatively impacting existing user flows

• Comfortable taking ownership and driving features from idea to production

• Product-minded engineer who cares about user experience, retention and business impact

• Commitment to clean code, maintainable architectures and engineering best practices

Nice to have

• Python or TypeScript experience

• Docker, Kubernetes, Redis or Elasticsearch knowledge

• Experience working on AI or LLM-powered products

• CI/CD pipeline experience

• Interest in App Store Optimization (ASO), growth and mobile product metrics
