Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

Vizio AI is an AI-First Digital Transformation Studio helping organizations build AI-powered products, automation systems, internal platforms, analytics solutions, and scalable software products.

Our projects range from SaaS platforms and internal operational systems to AI-powered applications, workflow automation solutions, and custom software products.

We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products, solving business problems, and leveraging AI to ship faster and better software.

What You'll Build

You will work across a variety of products and client projects, including:

AI-powered SaaS platforms
Internal operational systems
Workflow automation solutions
Analytics and reporting applications
Customer-facing web applications
AI-assisted business tools
Multi-tenant software products

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and shipping production-ready systems.

What You'll DoFull Stack Development

Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
Develop APIs and backend services
Design scalable database structures
Integrate third-party platforms and APIs
Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle

Product Engineering

Translate business requirements into working software
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams
Improve user experiences and product workflows
Help shape technical decisions for products under development

AI-Native Development

AI is expected to be a core part of your workflow.

Infrastructure & Deployment

Deploy and maintain production applications
Work with cloud services and hosting environments
Contribute to CI/CD workflows
Improve reliability, monitoring, and performance
Support application scalability and maintainability

Core Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
React.js
Next.js
Node.js
PostgreSQL
REST API development
Git-based development workflows
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend
Strong problem-solving skills
Fluent English communication
