Purpose of the job

• The project aims to improve overall stability within the bank’s production environments by implementing a comprehensive quality assurance and monitoring solution for production applications.
• The application continuously monitors system performance and availability to quickly detect issues, identify errors, and automatically report incidents. It collects availability statistics and operational data, transforming them into meaningful metrics for analysis.
• By providing real-time insights and actionable analytics, the solution enables faster incident response, better root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production application quality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Participating in software architecture design
• Leading UI changes and improvements to increase overall UX and application stability
• Implementing solutions according to best Design Patterns
• Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
• Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Management of Changes through the Service management lifecycle
• Active involvement in Automation and improvement of Service Management lifecycle
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in production applications development in Java or Python ecosystems including front-end development (preferrably React) with a strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Java and Web API development, with a solid understanding of building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient backend services.
• Expertise in database design and SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Comprehensive experience in a DevOps activities like continuous integration, continuous delivery
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient resolution of complex technical challenges.
