BI Analyst

Rotterdam (three days onsite).

Salary €65,000 to €80,000 plus benefits.

The Role

• You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and managing BI-focused data initiatives across the business.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, set priorities and translate questions into analysis.
• You will take ownership of both larger analytical initiatives and smaller ad hoc projects.
• You will support the evolution of reporting and dashboards using SQL-based data models and Power BI.
• You will help reassess team focus and objectives following recent organisational changes.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in SQL for data analysis and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Confidence working independently and managing analytical projects end to end.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
• Exposure to Python or advanced analytics is beneficial but not essential.
