Manufacturing Project Manager F/M/X

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. You'll lead complex industrial projects, coordinate international stakeholders, and drive the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing environments. 🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing project deliveries within complex industrial environments
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams of 5 to 15 stakeholders across multiple sites
• Ensure manufacturing requirements are defined, integrated, and successfully implemented throughout project lifecycles
• Drive industrialization activities related to new product introductions
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to achieve committed objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure project milestones and business targets
• Prepare project status reports and provide recommendations to senior decision-makers
• Facilitate effective communication, alignment, and knowledge sharing across teams

🎯 Your Profile:

• Master's degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent higher education qualification
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects within manufacturing or industrial environments
• PMP certification (mandatory) or equivalent project management certification
• Formal training in project management, leadership, and communication
• Strong experience leading cross-functional and international teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and drive projects to completion despite challenges
• Strong communication skills and a holistic business perspective
• Fluent English is required
• Experience within the automotive industry is considered an asset
