Cybersecurity Engineer F/M/X

We're looking for an experienced IT Security & Risk Officer to join our team in Gothenburg. You'll play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity governance, coordinating ISMS activities, and supporting compliance initiatives in a highly regulated environment. 🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation, plans, and activities
• Support cybersecurity governance processes and ensure alignment with security policies and standards
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on internal ISO 27001 audits and external certification audits
• Conduct gap analyses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support compliance activities related to ISO 27001, NIS2, and UNECE R155/R156 requirements
• Assist with risk assessments, threat analysis, and security governance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are properly implemented
• Monitor action plans and ensure timely follow-up of audit findings and compliance gaps

🎯 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Security Compliance
• Hands-on experience working with ISMS in an ISO 27001 certified environment
• Experience planning and coordinating internal and external security audits
• Good understanding of risk management, threat analysis, and TARA methodologies
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and UNECE R155/R156
• Experience working in agile environments is considered an advantage
• Incident response experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English
