What You’ll Do:

📊 Design and optimize Power BI reports with complex data models, DAX formulas, and row-level security.

🔗 Connect to diverse data sources and enhance data performance with techniques like incremental refreshes.

📈 Utilize Power Query ,SQL ,Python expertise to prepare and transform data efficiently.

🎯 Deliver insights with clear storytelling, presenting data in a way that drives business action.

🔄 Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup, ensuring iterative delivery of high-quality BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Power BI data models, applying best practices for performance and scalability.
• Implement row-level security to ensure that reports display data tailored to specific users.
• Optimize performance of large datasets, leveraging techniques such as incremental refresh for more efficient data processing.
• Build dynamic dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of BI solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and row-level security.

✅ Solid experience integrating various sources like Azure, GCP and ability to handle large datasets

✅ Expertse using Python, SQL

✅ Ability to create insightful dashboards and visualizations that tell compelling data stories.

✅ Familiarity/ inclination to upskill in Microsoft Fabric and other cutting-edge technologies in the BI space.

✅ Comfortable working in an agile setup, adapting to evolving project needs..

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.
