PRODUCT & UX/UI Senior Designer

We are currently looking for a Senior Product & UX/UI Senior Designer for our client, Ariston Group – a multinational company and global leader in thermal comfort solutions.

The role will contribute to the design and evolution of digital products and platforms across multiple brands and markets, working within a Design-as-a-Service model that supports different business units at scale.

The candidate will play a key role in driving a user-centred, data-driven approach, combining design methodologies and analytics to create valuable, measurable digital solutions.

The position requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to ensure alignment among user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse business and user requirements, translating them into effective and scalable design solutions
• Apply Service Design methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprinting) to design complex, multi-touchpoint experiences across digital ecosystems
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Miro and Figma
• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and markets
• Apply and promote DesignOps practices to improve processes, collaboration, and efficiency across design and development activities
• Drive a data-driven design approach, leveraging UX analytics and insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimise user experience
• Define and monitor UX KPIs, supporting product teams in measuring performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Work in a multinational and cross-functional environment, aligning with stakeholders across different business domains and markets
• Contribute to the evolution of design methodologies, tools, and governance within the organization

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, Product Design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (tokens, variables, components libraries, prototyping) and proven experience with design systems and scalable design approaches
• Solid experience in end-to-end design processes, from discovery to delivery
• Expertise in shaping complete user experiences beyond interface design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Good understanding of DesignOps principles and collaborative workflows
• Experience working in close collaboration with development teams (Agile/Scrum environments)
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments
• Experience with data-driven design, including UX metrics amd UX analytics tools (e.g., GA, Clarity, Adobe Analytics or similar)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work on complex systems and services
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience applying service design methods and frameworks.
• Experience facilitating workshops and aligning diverse stakeholder groups around customer-centred outcomes.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect user needs, operational processes, and business objectives.
• Exposure to design governance, design strategy, or design maturity initiatives
