As a Senior .NET Microservices Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices-based platforms using the latest Microsoft and cloud technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to architecting robust and secure solutions that support HCLTech’s mission to deliver innovative, high-performance applications for global clients. Your Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET technologies.
• Develop RESTful APIs leveraging Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data management and integration.
• Architect and implement solutions utilizing Azure Cloud Native Services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Optimize and maintain SQL Server databases, including schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures, triggers, views, and indexing.
• Utilize object-based storage solutions to ensure high availability and resilience of application data.
• Deploy, orchestrate, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms through strong knowledge of OAuth token-based protocols.
• Adhere to PCI and security coding standards, implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and organizational standards.
• Document design, development, and deployment processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs using Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including DDL/DML operations, constraints, indexes, triggers, cursors, and stored procedures.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud Native Services for application deployment and management.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and application scaling.
• Experience with object-based storage solutions (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Amazon S3, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of OAuth protocols and token-based authentication.
• In-depth understanding of PCI compliance and security coding standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications in Azure, .NET, or cloud technologies are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or multinational environment is advantageous.
