DevOps Engineer

📍 Barcelona (Sant Joan Despí) | Hybrid (3 days remote)


We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.


You'll work closely with development teams to improve platform reliability, automate operational processes, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to infrastructure architecture using modern DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.


What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Manage cloud and on-premise environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation processes
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application delivery and operational efficiency
  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Support networking, high-availability, and disaster recovery initiatives
  • Contribute to GitOps workflows and infrastructure standardization


What we're looking for

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
  • Solid Linux/Unix administration skills
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing)
  • Experience supporting and improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Fluent English communication skills


Nice to have

  • Terraform experience
  • GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD
  • High-availability and disaster recovery architectures
  • Security and compliance best practices
  • Monitoring tools and observability platforms
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments
  • Exposure to digital currency, fintech, or security-focused projects
