Senior Solution Architect – Grid & Analytics Platforms (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Solution Architect / Delivery Lead who will play a key role in delivering our advanced grid digital solutions to customers.

This role combines technical architecture, customer-facing delivery, and system integration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both business and engineering domains.

Your Role

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of our solutions—from architecture design to successful implementation at customer sites.

You will:

• Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of our software solutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through solution design and usage
• Design and propose solution architectures tailored to customer needs
• Drive integration activities with external systems (e.g. SCADA, EMS/DMS, enterprise platforms)
• Ensure smooth collaboration between customers, product teams, and engineering
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of deployed systems

What You Will Work On

• Grid digital platforms and analytics systems

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Proven experience in solution delivery, system integration, or software architecture
• Strong background in data-centric or distributed systems
• Experience working with customers in a technical role (consulting/delivery/implementation)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Technical Skills

• Ability to design end-to-end architectures for complex systems
• Understanding of integration patterns and APIs
• Experience with data processing (time-series, event-driven systems)
• Knowledge of energy or utility systems is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Comfortable working in an international environment
