Key Account Manager MDA

About the Role

At Gorenje GSI, a key part of the global Hisense Europe corporation, we are strengthening our team in the Medium Domestic Appliances (MDA) segment.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to drive sales growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships with our key retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions
• Drive sales growth and improve profitability within assigned accounts
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities within existing customers
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure excellent customer experience
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and analyses
• Efficiently resolve client issues to maintain trust and high satisfaction levels

What We Expect

• Proven experience in key account management or sales
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Fluency in English and Slovenian (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
