Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications. The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct & senior leadership.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of applications into the IGA tool
• Track progress and ensure reconciliation compliance
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to ensure automation timelines are met
• Provide guidance on IAM topics (RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with Group standards
• Build strong relationships with business, IT, and security teams
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and progress updates
• Identify risks/issues and drive resolution
• Escalate critical blockers with proposed solutions
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports
• Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget
• 5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance)
• Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties
• Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards
