What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for production environments
• Create AI workflows and automation solutions
• Design and maintain APIs that expose AI capabilities
• Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Business teams
• Evaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI solution performance
• Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and documentation

Must-Have Experience

• Experience developing AI or Machine Learning solutions
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques
• Experience consuming and building REST APIs
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model lifecycle
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS)
• MLOps practices and tools
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
• AI-related certifications

📍 Porto, Portugal

🏢 Hybrid Model – 2/3 days per week onsite

🌍 International environment with cross-functional teams

💰 Annual Salary Range: €30,000 – €55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
