First who:

• DevOps professional with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of Linux-based environments and infrastructure management
• Passionate about automation, CI/CD practices, and software delivery optimization
• Proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Eager to share knowledge and support development teams on DevOps best practices
• Comfortable working in international environments and communicating in English
• Knowledge of French is a strong plus

Then what:

What You'll Do

• Support development teams during project initiation, redesign, and architecture evolution phases
• Provide DevOps expertise and recommendations on application architecture and infrastructure
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Define and promote development standards, testing strategies, code quality, and security best practices
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Contribute to the evolution of internal development, testing, security, and deployment tools
• Monitor and reduce technical debt through migrations, refactoring initiatives, and security improvements
• Support teams on architecture, deployment, source control, testing, performance, and cybersecurity topics
• Develop and maintain shared tools and components used across multiple teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and industrialize development practices

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation role
• Strong experience with Linux environments
• Good knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, AWX, or Tower
• Scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, Java, Ruby, or Perl
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and ELK Stack
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud environments is considered a plus
