1. ROLE
We're looking for a Project Manager who preferably has a Product Design background.
Maybe you're a designer who grew into project management. Maybe you've always done both. Either way, you understand what it takes to ship great product, and you know how to keep a team moving to make it happen.
You'll act as the operational right hand of our Head of Product, taking real ownership of how work gets planned, structured and delivered across product and engineering.

What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day planning cycle: structure sprints, prioritise work, keep people aligned
- Translate design and development intent into developer ready ClickUp Tasks
- Support product review, validate that output match requirements and quality standards
- Identify bottlenecks in how work moves from concept to release
- Propose and implement better workflows, templates and handoff processes
- Use AI tools in your workflows, aimed to enhance, not replace human thinking

Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent with project management tools like ClickUp, Linear or similar
- Background in Product or UX Design
- Background working in a fast-moving startup environment
Ownership & Initiative
- You flag problems before they grow, suggest improvements without being asked, and speak up when you disagree. No waiting for permission
- You take feedback without ego and explain rationale in a way stakeholders can follow

Delivery & Execution
- Sprint planning, task breakdown and delivery tracking are second nature to you
- You can run a sprint review, align priorities and keep teams moving
- You can translate design and development intent into developer ready ClickUp Tasks
- You propose and implement better workflows, templates and handoff processes
Design Awareness
- You can challenge and refine scope with UX impact in mind
- You can review flows, flag inconsistencies and ensure what gets built matches design
- You can navigate, inspect and review designs in Figma
Cross-functional Communication
- You understand how development works at a conceptual level
- You know what's realistic to build and what takes effort
- You see how features, components and workflows connect across the platform
- You identify bottlenecks in how work moves from concept to release
- You handle trade-offs between shipping speed, feature depth and quality, helping product and engineering agree on what ships and what waits
