About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of intelligent customer support experiences. This role focuses on designing autonomous and assisted support solutions, where AI-powered systems and human agents work seamlessly together.
You will play a key role in creating intuitive, scalable, and efficient experiences that enable customers to resolve issues quickly and confidently across complex journeys.
Working within a highly collaborative environment, you will design end-to-end experiences across digital touchpoints—from self-service interfaces to agent-facing tools—ensuring a consistent and high-quality support experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and scalable support experiences, including agent workflows, decision-making tools, and escalation pathways
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and final delivery
- Translate complex customer journeys into user-friendly, frictionless experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align on goals and execution
- Use data, research, and customer insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experiences
- Create high-quality UI/UX designs, prototypes, and documentation that are buildable and scalable
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable components in partnership with engineering teams
- Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing and iterative improvements
- Facilitate design discussions and clearly present work, articulating decisions and rationale effectively
- Manage multiple projects with autonomy, balancing speed, quality, and business impact
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing products for web and mobile interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Experience working in a technology-driven, cross-functional environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX design work and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Experience designing both web-based and mobile-based products
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design initiatives independently
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Background in design systems and component-based design
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present and justify design decisions
- Proven ability to advocate for user needs across cross-functional teams
