Product Designer — Autonomous Support Experiences
We're working with a fast moving tech business looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of AI powered customer support.
The team sits at the intersection of AI and human agents, building the intelligent systems that help customers resolve issues quickly, accurately, and with confidence.
You'll be designing critical agent workflows, decision-making experiences, escalation paths, and the operational tooling that powers support at scale. Real work, real impact, across millions of interactions.
Day to day you'll lead end-to-end design across projects of all sizes, from well-defined problems to more ambiguous, conceptual briefs. That means building a deep understanding of the customers you're designing for, working across all levels of fidelity, collaborating closely with engineers to bring your designs to life, and presenting your rationale clearly to stakeholders.
To be considered you'll need 3+ years of product design experience across web and mobile, strong Figma skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates quality and thoughtfulness. Experience with UX research, A/B testing, design systems, and prototyping will all strengthen your application.
