UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer – SharePoint Online

Seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape user-centric intranet experiences within SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and user journeys into effective UX/UI solutions
• Design layouts, navigation, and interaction patterns for intranet components
• Produce wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and design guidelines
• Build reusable UI elements using HTML, CSS, and SharePoint frameworks
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices and assistive technologies
• Maintain consistency through design systems and UI standards
• Partner with developers to ensure practical and accurate implementation
• Support usability testing and continuous design improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX/UI design for web or portal solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end UI implementation
• Proven track record delivering accessible and responsive designs

Nice to

• Have Experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards for enterprise platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English
