Mandatory Technical Skills

DevOps & Release Management

• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and release management.
• Experience defining, implementing and maintaining release and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting CI/CD delivery in enterprise environments.
• Ability to coordinate release planning, execution and follow-up.
• Understanding of deployment packaging and release documentation practices.
• Experience working in on-premise environments.

ITIL & IT Service Management

• Good understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident and release management.
• Experience managing or coordinating Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment and Release processes.
• Ability to take ownership of incidents and requests until resolution.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and issue tracking capabilities.
• Experience supporting Root Cause Analysis and operational improvement activities.
• Ability to act as Single Point of Contact for IT users and technical teams.

Enterprise Platforms & DevOps Tooling

• Proven experience managing and administering enterprise platforms and tools such as:
• Jenkins ; GitHub, including repositories and Copilot ; Nexus ; SonarQube ; Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud ; Azure DevOps ; Matomo ; Codescene
• Experience using DevOps ecosystems to support build, deployment, quality control and delivery processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain enterprise tooling.
• Experience supporting automation and continuous improvement through DevOps tools.

Middleware & Web Technologies

• Experience in middleware configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of JavaEE, JBoss EAP and SpringBoot environments.
• Experience with web and middleware technologies such as Tomcat, Nginx, Apache and JBoss EAP.
• Ability to configure, maintain and troubleshoot middleware components.
• Experience supporting enterprise Java-based applications.
• Understanding of application server operations and technical dependencies.

Scripting, Programming & Automation

• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Groovy, Python, Java or equivalent.
• Ability to automate operational tasks and support activities.
• Experience developing or maintaining scripts for deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting or support.
• Understanding of automation practices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Databases & Operating Environments

• Experience troubleshooting enterprise databases, particularly Sybase ASE and Oracle.
• Understanding of database and middleware operations.
• Ability to analyse database-related incidents and performance issues.
• Experience working across Linux and Windows environments.
• Ability to perform system, application and architecture troubleshooting.
• Experience with performance monitoring and debugging.

Education & Languages

• General IT background, preferably acquired through a university or college degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum senior-level professional experience as defined under the Framework Agreement.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong drafting skills in English are required for operational and technical documentation.
