Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the activities of an Agile team, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Take ownership of the delivery of application enhancements and production releases across the assigned scope.
  • Organize and optimize workflows based on Agile and Kanban principles, while effectively monitoring performance and capacity metrics.
  • Identify, anticipate, and manage technical and functional dependencies across the team's various initiatives.
  • Support application transformation, migration, and modernization projects, as well as platform evolution initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business, technical, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, key issues, and associated action plans.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and contribute to defining technical directions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development and continuous skills improvement.
  • Promote software engineering best practices, code quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of robust, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.


Profile

  • Proven experience in software development with responsibilities in team coordination, technical leadership, or project delivery management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or JavaScript / React development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Kanban practices.
  • Significant experience leading technical transformations, application migrations, or platform modernization initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and release management.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex technical environments involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in international organizations or multicultural environments.
  • Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and enterprise system modernization initiatives.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching software development teams.
