What You Do

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Consulting and Solutions Manager (CISOaaS).

In this role, you will be responsible for working with Clients throughout the entire engagement lifecycle - from identifying their needs and designing security solutions to overseeing implementation and developing long - term cybersecurity strategies.

Initially, during the solution design phase, you will help Clients understand their cybersecurity posture, identify risks, and define the most appropriate set of solutions, including SOC/MDR, Vulnerability Management, security audits, phishing simulations, compliance assurance, and other essential security measures.

Later, during the implementation phase, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the deployment of solutions - coordinating projects, pilot initiatives (PoC/PoV/MVP), and ensuring that measurable business value is delivered to the Client.

Acting as a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CISOaaS), you will shape Clients’ cybersecurity strategies, manage risks, advise executive leadership, and ensure the continuous development of cybersecurity programs.

A Summary Of Your Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the B2B sales process by consulting Clients, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions and their value.
• Analyze Client needs and design comprehensive cybersecurity solutions (SOC/MDR, Vulnerability Management, audits, phishing simulations, etc.)
• Collaborate with the sales team in developing industry-specific offerings and expanding the Client portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and services (SOC, audits, training, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment of outcomes with Client expectations.
• Provide CISOaaS services, including strategy development, risk management, and cybersecurity program oversight.
• Coordinate policy development, business continuity and disaster recovery planning (BCP/DR), incident management, and the strengthening of security culture within organizations.
• Conduct cybersecurity audits and risk assessments in accordance with NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
• Represent the company as a cybersecurity expert in public forums and media engagements.
• Create and develop thought leadership content to strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation in the market.
• Deliver presentations and conduct training sessions.
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Experience working with clients (consulting, project delivery, or service provision).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST).
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and European Union cybersecurity regulations (e.g., NIS2, DORA, as well as the regulatory environment governing critical infrastructure and the energy sector).
• Experience conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for business audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
  
  
  

Certifications

At least one internationally recognized advanced-level information security certification or commiting to obtaining one during the probationary period: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.

Or an equivalent certification meeting the qualification requirements established by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) for cybersecurity auditors and experts (e.g., CRISC, CGEIT, GIAC-level certifications, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience with security solutions (e.g., SIEM, MDR/SOC, Vulnerability Management).
• Familiarity with OT/ICS/SCADA security and IEC 62443.
• Practical experience in designing or implementing security architecture.

The salary for this position is €4900 to €5900 gross per month. We are open to discuss the salary depending on your knowledge and experience.
