Software Engineer - React Native (Mobile)

• Take full end-to-end ownership of mobile features - from architecture and design through to deployment and maintenance - with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
• Build and maintain high-performance, production-ready React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
• Make well-informed technical decisions that balance performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive projects forward independently - identify blockers, propose solutions, and follow through without waiting to be directed.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams, taking responsibility not just for your code, but for the overall success of the product.
• Contribute actively to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging mobile technologies and best practices that drive meaningful improvements to our platform.

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android).
• Familiarity with native modules and the ability to bridge native code when needed.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices, including:
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline automation
• Mobile app delivery pipelines (e.g. Fastlane, App Store / Google Play deployment)
• Monitoring and crash reporting tools (e.g. Sentry, Firebase)
• Commitment to code quality through unit and integration testing and constructive code reviews.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate English or above (written and spoken).
