YOUR MISSION

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across business processes, including operations, finance, sales, HR, and customer support
• Evaluate and test AI tools such as LLMs, SaaS AI solutions, and automation platforms
• Run pilots and proofs of concept, scaling successful solutions into production
• Define product vision, user stories, and priorities for AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, data teams, and external vendors
• Ensure AI solutions are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals
• Measure and track impact, including efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements, and user adoption
• Support change management and drive adoption of AI tools across the organization

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially generative AI
• Ability to translate business problems into functional requirements
• Experience working in agile or iterative environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with process automation and workflow tools
• Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI governance principles
• Experience delivering internal tools or platforms
• Proficiency in English
