The part you’ll play

Based at our Headquarters in Florence and reporting into the E-business team, you will play a key role in driving digital performance through data analysis, business insights, and performance monitoring, supporting the continuous evolution of our e-commerce business.


Core responsibilities:

• Analyse e-business performance across the customer journey, identifying growth opportunities, commercial trends, operational risks, and optimisation areas through the monitoring of key business and financial KPIs at both global and local level.

• Translate data, customer behaviour, and campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, supporting business decision-making and cross-functional priorities.

• Oversee reporting and performance monitoring activities, ensuring consistency and reliability across dashboards, KPIs, analytics frameworks, and measurement standards.

• Leverage digital analytics and customer experience tools, including GA4 and Contentsquare, to analyse traffic, user behaviour, conversion dynamics, and revenue drivers, supporting continuous optimisation initiatives.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for the E-commerce department, partnering with regional and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and growth plans.

• Monitor data accuracy, cost performance, and digital initiative effectiveness, partnering with technical and business teams to improve tracking, attribution, reporting quality, and overall business performance.


What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Business/Strategic Analytics and Data Management within an E‑business or retail environment, with a proven track record of analytics projects that delivered measurable commercial or cost impact.
  • Strong expertise in Excel/Sheets , Power BI, Looker Studio and digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Adobe, Contentsquare).
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities, dashboard building and large‑scale data handling.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics/logics and familiarity with UX principles. CRO and AB testing experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of tracking and tagging technologies.
  • Analytical acumen, project‑management skills, communication abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Italian and English
